I remember writing a while back that I was yearning for a little less “chunk.” Well, apparently the feeling was shared at this year’s Cersaie. Not only were thin tiles everywhere, some of the showerheads were also sporting extremely slim profiles.

Case in point, Gessi‘s Tremillimetri Collection is comprised of rain showerheads and shower columns measuring a mere 3 mm in thickness (hence the name), or less than 0.12 in. Each has been polished to a high mirrored finish for extra sleekness and that high-tech, light-as-air look.

Wall-mounted versions come in square and round shapes in various widths and can be outfitted with a waterfall feature or LED lighting.

Shower columns are equipped with thermostatic handles, a handshower and body sprays, as well as a choice of a waterfall spout or an LED light source.

At 3 mm thin, these showerheads should be discreet enough for those who can’t handle a lot of metal in the morning. Any slimmer, they might be a little difficult to find on those mornings, or nights, when the sleep is in your eyes.
